About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at A R BAKER DDS as a Treatment Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences. We are looking for a passionate individual to help streamline treatment processes and ensure our patients receive top-notch care in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients and dental staff.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and financial arrangements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment documentation.
- Educate patients on treatment options
- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role in a dental setting. STRONG understanding of HMO/Fee for service/ and PPO plans
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
